Q.01Do you really charge no call-out fee?
Really. You're quoted one fixed price for the job before we set off, and that's what you pay once it's done. If we can't open or fix it, you pay nothing.
Q.02Will you have to drill my lock?
Very rarely. We use picking, bypass and decoding tools first, which get most doors open with the lock intact. If a lock is broken or high-security and has to be destroyed, we'll tell you before we touch it and the replacement is included in your quote.
Q.03Can you secure my home tonight after a burglary?
Yes. We board broken glass or panels and fit temporary or permanent locks the same night, then return to finish any glazing or door work. You'll get photos and an itemised report for your insurer.
Q.04What are BS3621 and TS007 3-star?
BS3621 is the British Standard most home insurers require for mortice locks and nightlatches on final exit doors. TS007 3-star is the rating for anti-snap euro cylinders on uPVC and composite doors, protecting against lock-snapping, the most common forced entry in the UK.
Q.05Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
We hold accounts with agents across SW London and Surrey. Book lock changes by text or email, we collect and drop keys at your office, and every invoice comes with before-and-after photos.
Q.06How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, once the work is finished and you're happy. Landlords and agents can pay on 14-day account terms.
Q.07Can you open a safe I've lost the code for?
Usually, yes. Tell us the make and model if you can see it and we'll quote over the phone. We'll ask for proof of ownership before opening any safe.
